Lower Secondary
Age 11-14 Years Old

This is the exciting and transformative stage of lower secondary education, where students embark on a more serious academic journey. This period is characterized by a focus on enquiry-based and problem-solving learning, encouraging students to think critically and independently. It provides ample opportunities for independent study, empowering students to make informed choices and decisions on their own.

To assess students’ progress and provide valuable feedback, we implement the Cambridge Lower Secondary Checkpoint tests. These assessments, available in English, Mathematics, and Science, are conducted at the end of Cambridge Lower Secondary. They offer a comprehensive evaluation of students’ strengths and weaknesses, equipping us with the knowledge to guide their educational path towards the next stage.

With the Cambridge Lower Secondary Checkpoint tests, each student receives a statement of achievement and a detailed diagnostic feedback report. This comprehensive feedback not only provides parents with valuable insights but also instills extra trust in the assessment process. We believe that by offering transparent and informative feedback, we can support students’ growth and provide them with the necessary tools to excel in their educational journey.
Embrace this empowering phase of lower secondary education, where students cultivate their intellectual capabilities, enhance their problem-solving skills, and make meaningful strides towards their future. Together, let’s foster a learning environment that encourages independence, curiosity, and continuous growth.
